OCS 에서 Live Meeting 을 사용하실때 회의 모임을 요청할때 아웃룩의 Add-in 프로그램을 설치해 줘야
Mail을 통한 Live Meeting 회의 개설 기능이 활성화 됩니다.

하단으로 이동해서 최신 Ver. 을 다운 받으시면 됩니다.
Outlook 2007 에서 Add-in 된 Live-Meeting 리본입니다.
아래 리본을 사용하여 회의 예약을 메일로 보낼 수 있습니다.
Outlook이 영어 버젼일 경우 아래와 같이 영어로 표기됩니다.

추가 Add-In 을 설치 하지 않으면 OCS상태에서 밖에 Live Meeting 이 안되는 문제였네요..
위와 같이 사용해야 음성으로 접속할 수 있는 Code와 PIN이 발급됩니다.
외부에 있는 사용자가 접근하려면 Add-In 설치가 필수가 되네요.
딱히 나와 있는 내용이 없어서 많이 방황했네요~ 도움 되시길 바랍니다.
